This Privacy policy applies to GBAC Advisory (ABN 44 137 693 942) operations in Australia and explains how GBAC collects and handles personal information, its use for marketing communications, disclosure to authorised representatives and service providers and as required by law, security of information, access to information, corrections and concerns, contact details. By providing us with your personal information, you consent to us using and disclosing it for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will update this Privacy Policy when our information handling practices change, or when required. Any revised Privacy Policy will take effect when it is published on our website.

Collection of information

GBAC Advisory may collect information about you.

Directly: Via interaction with any of its website or social media forms or in the course of providing services to actual or potential clients via email, telephone, texts or physical documents you provide us or via face to face communications. No conversation will be recorded unless explicitly agreed.

Indirectly. Your online personal information is collected by our service providers who act on our behalf and who may have servers located overseas such as in USA, Europe, Philippines and Japan, and you consent to these overseas disclosures. We may collect information provided to us by third parties in the course of providing products and services to our clients.
