Our expertise is in secured business borrowings from banks. Loan problems and defaults have been created for borrowers by bank de-regulation. This prompted us to convert our Chartered Accountancy practice to a specialist business loan consultancy to rescue trapped borrowers. Decades of freeing business borrowers from deliberate bank debt traps set by top tier banks has honed our expertise to near perfection.

We have gained considerable knowledge and experience from the multitude of negotiations in which we have engaged throughout Australia. We have successfully battled on behalf of borrowers with senior bank loan and recovery officers backed by teams of highly skilled lawyers. We have also sat in bank premises investigating their records of how they have handled clients accounts.
 The relationship with banks has sometimes been challenging, but GBAC has generally been able to come up with a solution that works well for both the bank and the borrower.
Our past record

Over the years we have consulted businesses in every state and territory and in most cases arranged for their banks to write off a portion of the debts and sometimes refinance the balance elsewhere.

We have had 100% of debts written off twice and as much as $5 million written of a single debt.
We have stopped numerous foreclosures and forced sales.
We have worked closely with many highly respected accounting and law firms who provide a wealth of knowledge in their respective fields  to help us develop winning strategies. 
By working with them we avoid duplication, cut costs and confer to solve problems.

INDEPENDENT

Assistance from government authorities, counsellors and bank funded services are available free. However, many business borrowers will understand that an independent consultant working exclusively for them is more likely to produce profits for them.  We are absolutely on the side of borrowers. We do not hesitate in loan applications, refinance or disputes, to fiercely negotiate on the borrowers behalf. That is different to what a mortgage broker paid by the bank, does.
